Contract offered to EDEN HARVARD by Chelsea was rejected

In an interview with a Belgian newspaper, Hazard's father said there was no contract from Real Madrid yet

 Chelsea have not yet offered Eden Hazard a contract extension, The Independent understands, despite the player’s father saying in an interview that one had already been turned down.
Speaking to Belgian newspaper Le Soir , Thierry Hazard said that his son “refused a contract extension” and that he wants to eventually move to Real Madrid , but The Independent has been told that there has been no offer, nor have any discussions even got close to that point, given that the 26-year-old’s contract doesn’t run out until 2020.
Talks are set to increase in intensity in the next few months.
